We are nr.1 heels studio in Estonia! Biggest variety of heels classes for different levels. Our heels teachers have learned from the best, for example Yanis Marshall, Malou, Kyla Fajardo, Haley Messick, Kayla Brenda, Nicole Kirkland, Melissa Barlow, Fraules, Beaulexx. Classes are in estonian/english!

LifeDance Studio is located in T1 shopping mall, Peterburi tee 2, 3rd floor. Parking free for 4 hours!

Since we haven't done it for a long time, we will start the new season with the popular course for beginners:

HEELS PROGRAM FOR BEGINNERS
It's a 4 week course where vou are introduced to the world of heels dancing! You learn everything you need to know to get yourself ready for our regular weekly heels classes. Coach of the course is @sariliis

If you are a beginner or you have never danced on heels before, this is the program for you!
4 week training plan for absolute beginners includes:
▫️guidance & individual feedback
▫️preparation for weekly regular heels classes
▫️a safe and supportive space
▫️boost of self-confidence
